Problems & solutions
You have to page through paper, and you can't confirm it's the final version
Handwritten signature, locked on submit, and an official PDF with a QR code
Search by date and location, and scan the QR code to verify the official version
Each site retypes Taiwan OSHA's standard checklists on its own, so formats differ
48 standard checklists you can add to or trim, with custom inspection criteria, signatories, and intervals
Everything builds on one standard, so a new site has checklists ready from day one
A failed item is just marked with an X, and the re-inspector can't find the problem on site
A failed item can't be submitted without a photo, and location is recorded by building, floor, zone, and gridline
Find the problem from the photo plus the building, floor, and gridline, without asking the initial inspector
The initial inspection and re-inspections are on separate forms, so you can't tell whether the issue was fixed
The initial inspection, re-inspection, and further re-inspections are chained together, and the result decides whether another re-inspection opens
Confirm the outcome from a single history, with no comparing forms one by one
Submitted forms get changed, and there's no way to verify it afterward
Unlocking requires a reason and is logged, and whiteboard photos can be checked against the originals
Submitted records can't be quietly changed, so you have evidence for labor inspections and audits
Features
Taiwan OSHA checklists built in
48 standard checklists come built in (scaffolding, formwork, cranes, hot work, and more). Pick one, then add or remove items to make it your own.
Custom checklists
Build two levels, categories and items, with inspection criteria, quantity, and method set per item. Customize the header, footer, and signatories, and set inspection intervals.
Periodic checks and safety inspections
Safety inspections list only the categories relevant to each work item, and automatically pull in the work assigned at the previous day's end-of-day meeting (work item, subcontractor, headcount).
Item-by-item entry on a phone
Work down through the questions by category. Safety inspections add a work-item level, and each level shows completion progress. Record location as a range by building, floor, zone, and gridline.
Photos required for failed items
Without photos, the form can't be submitted, and it tells you which items are missing. Take photos directly with the camera and add a note.
Digital whiteboard
Set up the whiteboard in the checklist template with up to 6 rows. Fields can pull in the project, checklist, inspection location, item, date, and more; hold fixed text; or be filled in on site. Position, size, and background color are adjustable, and the date can use the ROC calendar or the Gregorian calendar. After taking a photo, preview it, drag and resize the whiteboard, and choose whether to add it to the photo.
Photo authenticity check
Photos taken with the whiteboard applied contain an anti-forgery code. Upload the inspection PDF generated by the system, and each photo is checked against the original the system stored, showing the project, inspection form, and time. Photos chosen from the gallery, or taken without a whiteboard, can't be verified.
Locked on signed submission
Pull in a saved signature set up under "My Account" (the signer enters their own IPCS password), or sign by hand on site. At least one signature is required to submit. After submission the record is locked, and unlocking requires a reason and is logged.
Re-inspections linked in one history
The initial inspection, re-inspection, and further re-inspections sit on one thread, and the result decides whether to open another round.
Official PDF with a QR code
Scan the QR code to open the official version stored in the system. Unsubmitted preview versions carry a watermark and no QR code.
Equipment inspection by QR code
Scan the QR code on a piece of equipment and only the checklists for that unit are listed, with the last inspection date and next due date shown and overdue items marked red.
vs. traditional methods
Locked on submission, a reason is required to unlock, and the PDF's QR code verifies the official version
Built on Taiwan OSHA standard checklists, with the same version across sites and the option to adapt them to your own format
Failed items require photos, re-inspections are linked into one history, and the next due date is calculated from the interval
Staff titles and field definitions are saved as of creation, so later changes don't affect old forms
