Problems & solutions
Dates are spread across modules and personal notebooks and can't be compared
Meeting dates, action item deadlines, and task target completion dates are scheduled automatically and can be filtered by project
Before scheduling a meeting or setting a deadline, see what's already on the calendar that day
One item is divided among several teams, each with its own completion date, but a calendar holds only one date
Each participant on an item has their own start and end dates and completion status, and you can add people in batches by role
No need to split an item into several entries; see who is done, not done, or overdue on the same entry
When you manage several projects at once, the month view makes it hard to see what to handle today
Overdue, due today, today's events, and upcoming items are listed by category, with multiple projects selectable
See what to handle first, keep overdue items visible, and work across projects without switching between them
Too many irrelevant items, until nobody looks at the calendar anymore
Filter by project, module, and tag; fading, hiding, and notes affect only your own view
Everyone hides what doesn't concern them while still working from the same company calendar
Each one has to be created again, and a single change throws off the whole series
Repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly; edit or delete a single occurrence on its own
Rescheduling one occurrence changes only that one; the rest are unaffected
Features
Today at a glance
Overdue, due today, today's events, and upcoming items are split into four groups, with days overdue and today's completed count shown. You can set it as your home page.
Events and tasks
Record meetings, site visits, and acceptance inspections as events. Record things to finish by a certain day as tasks, and check them off directly on the calendar grid.
Individual deadlines
On the same item, each participant can have their own start and end dates and completion status.
Attendees and responses
Pick people from the project members, or add them in batches by role. Each person is marked accepted, declined, tentative, or awaiting reply.
Recurring events
Repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, with an interval and an end condition. You can edit or delete just one occurrence.
Multiple filters
Filter by project (multi-select), source module, and your own tags, and apply them all at once.
Personal layer
Your tags, notes, fading, and hiding affect only your own view and leave the company calendar untouched.
Views and search
Month, week, day, and list views. Drag to change the time, or search by keyword.
External sync
Export a calendar file, or use a subscription URL to sync with Outlook, Google Calendar, and your phone. You can revoke the URL at any time.
vs. traditional methods
Project members and permissions come from the platform, with no separate address book to maintain
Dates, attendee lists, and attachments are recorded on a single item, not buried in conversation
One item can have multiple participants, each with their own deadline, and personal tags and notes don't affect anyone else
The screen updates automatically after an event changes, and on a phone the calendar opens in list view by default
