Problems & solutions
Getting a handle on one project means logging in to several systems and compiling the numbers yourself
Tasks, meetings, daily reports, and inspections each provide a summary card, and you can compare multiple projects side by side
No opening several systems or asking staff to compile reports, and no separate spreadsheets to compare projects
For the same overdue item, one system shows a red bar and another shows only a line of text
Cards look and behave the same, anomalies change color automatically, and you can switch between charts and tables
Red means the same thing on every card, so reports to management need no reformatting
Everyone's numbers were exported at different times, so versions have to be checked before the meeting
Cards show their timestamp and dim when the data isn't the latest; click a number to see the details
No version checking before the meeting, and any doubtful number can be traced to its details on the spot
Anomalies hide in tabs of various systems and get ignored unless someone looks
Anomalies flagged by modules change color automatically and are listed at the top; click to jump to the card
No checking each system one by one, and anomalies aren't missed just because nobody opened them
The screen can only rotate a slideshow, and the numbers can't update in real time
Large type readable from a distance, cards that paginate and rotate automatically, and the project and period shown at the top
No daily screenshots to refresh the slideshow; just walk past to see where things stand
Features
Every module's numbers on one page
Each connected module contributes a summary card, all side by side on one screen.
Click a number for details
On cards that offer details, click a number to pop up the records behind it, shown according to your permissions.
Arrange it yourself
Drag cards to reposition them, drag a corner to resize, and hide cards you don't need. Your layout is remembered automatically.
Switch between charts and tables
Switch the same data between bar, pie, and table views.
Multiple projects side by side
Select several projects to compare them side by side, or switch to a single project in one click.
Flexible time ranges
This week, last month, last 30 days, year to date, since project start, or a custom range. Set it for all cards at once or card by card.
Anomalies flagged automatically
Anomalies flagged by modules (for example, overdue items) change color automatically and are listed together at the top of the screen. One click jumps to the card.
Timestamp shown
When data is out of date, the card dims and shows its timestamp. If updates are interrupted, it shows when the interruption began.
TV wall mode
Large type that reads from a distance. When there are many cards, they paginate and rotate automatically, with the project and period shown at the top.
Starter layouts and company defaults
Three built-in starter layouts are named after management questions. Company administrators can set the company-wide default appearance and refresh frequency.
vs. traditional methods
Uniform presentation, consistent warning colors, and the timestamp always in the same place
Numbers update automatically with the data, and on cards that offer details you can click through to what makes them up
You adjust the layout, chart types, and time ranges yourself
Shows the latest data directly, with type sizes designed for screen size and viewing distance
